Policies regarding: Orders, Payments, Back Orders, Returns and Refunds.
Ordering: Orders may be placed by phone, mail, e-mail, & online.
Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Cashier Check, & Money Orders are accepted. Personal and company checks are also accepted but shipment will be held until the check has cleared (approx. 10 business days). Special orders (custom orders) must be prepaid before the order is placed with the manufacturers…NO EXCEPTIONS. All blower kit orders require a minimum 50% deposit before the order will be placed with remainder due at time of shipment. Deposits may be made using credit cards, personal and company checks, money orders, cashiers checks, certified checks, and of course cash. We strongly recommend that you do not send cash by mail.
Shipping: All orders are sent via United Parcel Service. Next day or second day air service is also available. Some items may be too large or too heavy to ship via U.P.S. therefore these items will be sent via common carrier or airfreight. Shipping and handling charges are billed at the prevailing rate and added to the invoice.
Shortages: Please check your order immediately and contact us within 3 business days if your order is not complete. Classic Nova & Performance LLC and Classic Nova.com will not be responsible for lack of communication from the customer after 3 business days of shipment receipt.
Damaged Shipment: It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect packages immediately upon arrival in the presence of the carrier. If any packages are damaged, have the carrier write it on the delivery sheet. Contact the carrier to send a representative to inspect the package(s). DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PARTS TO US. Keep the package and parts in the condition that you received them. Without the package, the carrier will void the claim. Classic Nova & Performance LLC or Classic Nova.com cannot be held liable for a claim on damaged merchandise if this procedure is not followed. Sheetmetal: No credit will be given for manufacturing distortion, minor scuffs, or dings.
Returns: Any merchandise to be returned must have a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" issued by Classic Nova & Performance LLC or Classic Nova.com. We can be reached during regular business hours at 541-482-5658541-482-5658. You must be issued a "Returned Authorization Number". Items returned without a valid reason, from our point of view, will be subject to a 15% RESTOCK CHARGE (15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns after 30 days). All returns must be "PREPAID POSTAGE" and "FULLY INSURED", as we will not accept collect shipments. In cases where a return is due to our error, we will refund or credit the prepaid ground freight charges. Return claims must be made within 7 days from the receipt of the shipment. A copy of the original invoice/packing slip must accompany returns. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Merchandise shipped in error will be exchanged or refunded, at no charge. We cannot be responsible for unauthorized returns. NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE. All returns must be pre-authorized by calling for an authorization number. No return or refund of any kind is available for any special order, electrical parts, or parts that have been altered, painted, or installed.
Refused Shipments: Any customer who refuses delivery of an order (damaged shipment excluded) will be required to pay the additional return freight charges and a 40% restock fee. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.
Back Orders: If any item in your order happens to be out of stock at the time your order is shipped, those items will be placed on back order for you and duly noted on your invoice/packing slip. If after 30 days your backorder is not filled, you will receive an inquiry to determine if you still want the parts to remain on back order or funds returned and the parts taken off the back order list. No back orders will be kept on order shipped outside the
Pricing: Specifications and prices are subject to change without notice. Classic Nova & Performance LLC and Classic Nova.com are not responsible for printing errors. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
